This Limited Warranty applies to physical products and only for physical products.
HealthBox is warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of
one (1) year when used under normal circumstances.
In the event that a warranty claim occurs during the warranty period, we undertake to:
1 Repair the HealthBox at our own expense using new parts or previously used parts
that have been tested and passed functional requirements
2 Exchange the HealthBox with a replacement new HealthBox
3 Refund the original purchase price
Smart Clothes is warranted for one (1) month after receiving the goods.
This Limited Warranty does not cover defects which are a result of :
(1) damage caused by accident, unreasonable, use or neglect (including the lack of reasonable and
necessary maintenance);
(2) damage during shipment (claims must be presented to the
carrier);
(3) damage to, or deterioration of, any decorative surface that does not affect
functionality;
(4) damage resulting from failure to follow instructions contained in user’s
manual;
(5) damage resulting from the performance of repairs by third parties;
(6)deterioration of component parts, the nature of which is to become worn , torn or
depleted with use, such as batteries.
(7) Physical, broken or liquid damage caused by negligence.
This Limited Warranty does not warrant, represent or undertake that we will be able to
repair or replace any product under this warranty without risk to and / or loss of
information and / or data stored on the product.
